This is the workflow we use to help find FAQ keywords for sites:
1. Identify the keywords you are already ranking for
You don't have to start from scratch with new content; you can enhance the content you already have by providing additional context. You'll notice that many of the PAA results are pulled from pages that appear in the top 10 results, so you almost have to prove your eligibility. Appearing in the top 10 results increases your chances of also appearing in the PAA panel, which will increase your site visibility in search.
Use this guide to discover which keywords your site is already ranking for. Focus on your best-converting keywords. Or take a cue from your customer service team. They might have a list of commonly asked questions that should be addressed on your website. Adding content for the sake of adding content is not the goal here. Instead, the goal is to enhance the user experience by providing an answer to their questions.
By looking at the keywords you already rank for, you increase the chances of ranking for FAQs. Google already knows that your site is relevant for these terms, so you're just providing additional context.
2. Turn your keywords into questions
You can complete this step manually or use SEO Scout to extract all of the information you need.
Head into the Topic Research tab and enter your target keyword. Once the topic analysis is complete, head to the Questions and Answers tab. Don't be put off by zero search volume; these terms are still valuable to your site.

3. Turn your list of FAQs into Q&As
If you search Google for these questions, you might find that they haven't been answered particularly well. Of course, Google might attempt to extract an answer from an existing page, but you're the expert, and you can probably piece together something more valuable to the reader.
